JSE-32 Automatic Drawing-in MachinePrecision & Efficiency for Filament and High-Count Yarns
The JSE-32 high-speed automatic drawing-in system is the premier choice for high-end fabrics, including filaments, fine denier synthetics, and high-count cotton. It is widely utilized in the production of sunshades, premium linings, leisure wear, and industrial textiles.
The system comprises a high-mobility drawing-in unit and stationary warp frames, fully automating the process of drawing warp yarns into healds and the reed. Standard configurations support 8, 12, or 16 heald carrier rods. Once drawing-in is complete, the compact unit (warp beam, healds, and reed) can be easily transported to the weaving machine or stored.
