JSE-40 Automatic Drawing-in Machine

JSE-40 Automatic Drawing-in Machine A Versatile & Robust Platform for Complex Yarns & Diverse Processes

The JSE-40 high-speed automatic drawing-in system is a powerful solution designed for medium-to-coarse yarns, ideal for denim, bedding, shirting, and heavy-duty casual fabrics. It meets the most stringent drawing-in quality standards, excelling in handling complex yarns and diverse process requirements.

The system utilizes a mobile drawing-in machine combined with stationary warp stations to achieve full automation. It offers unmatched flexibility, adapting to 8–20 heald frames or carrier rods, and integrates drop wire and reed drawing-in functions. The resulting units are ready for immediate loom installation, ensuring high throughput efficiency and enabling customers to respond rapidly to changing market demands.

Core Features:

High-Speed, High-Precision Platform: A robust mechanical base paired with an imported intelligent drive system ensures precise performance even under complex operational cycles.

Unmatched Process Adaptability:

Advanced Capabilities: Supports ±10cm large-scale offset/layering and automatic slub yarn identification, meeting the needs of specialized fabrics.

Dual-Mode Flexibility: Quick switching between heald frame and carrier rod modes on a single platform for multi-purpose utility.

Superior Reliability: Features patented leasing and suction nozzle modules with high tolerance for varying yarn conditions.

Built for Durability: Key mechanical components are crafted from high-strength materials with precision machining, guaranteeing long-term reliability under high-load operations.
